Welcome to my FREE printable monthly Bible reading plans!
Are you looking for some extra encouragement in your daily Bible readings? Enjoy monthly topical studies? Or just don’t know where to start reading and need a little bit of a guide? Then this post is for you!
See below to download a free monthly Bible reading plan to supplement your time in the Word.
Before You Start
Remember to:
- Pray for the Holy Spirit’s guidance before you read.
- Take your time with each verse.
- Be careful not to simply rush through the reading to “check-off” your time with God on your to-do list.
- Apply Scripture to your life.
- Trust the Holy Spirit to bring understanding and wisdom as you read.
We are to meditate on Scripture, which means we are to roll it over and over in our mind. Focusing on one verse a day is a good place to start if you struggle to keep your mind focused on the Word.

Use The Plan At Any Time
Each reading plan has 30-31 verses to cover each day of the month, but a specific month name was left off the downloadable plan so that you can use it anytime or come back to it again!
Topic Of The Month
Before looking at the title, I’m sure you probably have already guessed the topic for November’s monthly Bible reading plan: gratitude and thankfulness.
Although thankfulness is such a popular theme this time of the year and some may tire of the cliché, it’s good for us to be reminded of how important it is that we express our gratitude to the Lord.

Our lives should be lived out of a place of thankfulness to God for what He’s done for us, what He continues to do for us, and for how He promises to always be with us.
November and Thanksgiving is such a blatant reminder that we are able to worship God in thankfulness despite what may be going on in our lives.
Ephesians 5:20 reminds us to give thanks always for everything to God in the name of Jesus Christ and we are to rejoice in His presence and stay alert with thanksgiving (Colossians 4:2).
In fact, being thankful and rejoicing in the Lord is actually part of God’s will for us (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).
So while we spend the month celebrating all that November and the Thanksgiving holiday brings, let’s also remember all that God has done for us and press into our call to give Him our utmost thankfulness.
